Mit 26 Jahren Erfahrung als Vorsitzende der Familienhilfe Liechtenstein, kam Antonia Frick 1995 nach Rum\u00e4nien. Das ist der Zeitpunkt, an dem sie beschliesst, Projekte zur Unterst\u00fctzung von Familien und anderen gef\u00e4hrdeten sozialen Gruppen in Rum\u00e4nien zu schaffen und zu unterst\u00fctzen. Sie beginnt ihre Arbeit mit der Auswahl von Mitarbeitenden im spezialisierten universit\u00e4ren Umfeld in Bukarest, wo sie ihre ersten strategischen Investitionen t\u00e4tigt und Stipendien f\u00fcr Studenten der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Sozialarbeit anbietet. Einige davon gr\u00fcndeten sp\u00e4ter mehrere Sozialprogramme in verschiedenen Teilen des Landes. Gemeinsam mit rum\u00e4nischen Fachleuten startete Antonia Frick 1997 die ersten Sozialprojekte f\u00fcr Familien und Senioren in Bukarest und Bac\u0103u. Seitdem wurden in Bukarest und Bac\u0103u Hunderte von Familien, denen die grundlegenden Mittel f\u00fcr einen menschenw\u00fcrdigen Lebensunterhalt fehlten, mehrere Jahre lang unterst\u00fctzt. Mit der Einrichtung von Kindertageszentren wollte YANA auf die besondere Situation von Kindern aus schwierigen Familien (insbesondere Alleinerziehenden) reagieren, die gef\u00e4hrdet sind oder sogar kurz davor stehen, von ihren Familien getrennt zu werden oder die Schule abzubrechen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=tbx9i6v9900\">In diesem Interview<\/a>\u00a0In diesen Heimen begleiten wir nun t\u00e4glich 130 Kinder in ihrer Ausbildung und Entwicklung. Unsere Programme sind darauf ausgerichtet, ihre Lebensqualit\u00e4t zu verbessern und ihnen durch Bildung eine Chance auf eine bessere Zukunft zu erm\u00f6glichen.
